2. Resocialization and Aftercare

NVRC condust job placement and aftercare activities for client after their completion of vocational trainings with cooperating with related organization.

a. on the job training (OJT)
On the Job Training (OJT) is conducted for two months at private or governmental companies in service and manufacturing industries as a process of placement activities. The purpose of OJT are to give them experiences for working in actual job places, to raise their adaptabilities to those places and to make them confidence in working. On the other hand, companies could get to understand the degree of the trainees skill and adaptabilitis to the job trough the OJT. After the OJT, the trainees are expected to be employed by the secompanies.

B. Placement
As a next process, clients start to work in companies mostly where they had worked before during OJT. At This placement process, NVRC is cooperating with related organizations such as Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration, local governmennt, APINDO (Association for enterpreneurs in Indonesia) and enterpreneur groups in industry areas for finding out possibilities of employing and coordinating companies request and clients abilities.

c. Aftercare (Folllow-up)
Monitoring and evaluation are conducted for checking clients conditions either the client got placed or not in work places. These activities are necessary to properly solve problem that may become obstacles and to ensure they could adapt and settle smoothly to environment.
